               I'm here because I want t talk with you about your education and what's expected of all of you. I've talked about your government's responsibility for setting high standards, supporting teachers and principles, and turning around schools that aren't working where students aren't working where students aren't getting the opportunities they deserve. None of it will matter unless all of you fulfill your responsibilities. Unless you show to school pay attention to those teachers, listen to your parents, grandparents and other adults and put in the hard work it take to succeed. The responsibility to each of you has for your education and no matter what you want to do with your life -I guarantee that you'll need an education to do it. whatever you want to be you're going to need a good education for every single careers . You cant drop out of school and drop into a good job you've got to work for it and learn for it. We need every single one of you to develop your talents, skills and intellect so you can help solve our most difficult problems. If you quit school your not just quitting on yourself your quitting on your country.
                In the end of the day it don't matter what is going on in your life its no excuse for not trying. were your at right now doesn't determine were you will end up. No ones written your destiny for you. You write your own destiny. You make your own future. All kids deserve a better a safe environment to study and learn. Take care of yourself so that your ready to learn. You cant let failures define you -you have to let them teach you show you what to do differently next time. No ones born being good at things , you become good at things through hard work. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it . Asking for help isn't a sigh of weakness its a sign of strength . It shows you have the courage to admit when you don't know something, and to learn something new don't ever give up on yourself. The story of America isn't about people who quit when things got tough. Its about people who kept going , who tried harder, who loved their country too much to do anything than their best.

        Cover girl and Avon have done many tests in different lighting for its foundation's  such as outside in the sun light ,or an office. A handful of brands are having having trouble standing up with different challenges of phone cameras. When using flash foundation may come out looking white or when using to much black makeup looks dirty; when using slightly to much white it looks chalky when overdoing the yellow it ends up looking sallow its the same with red it will look too pink. Are often matte they are used to break through sweat but matte can look dead in pictures.
           
   Some lipsticks have more opaque ,chalky substances which is helps so that it won't crack or break. But this can change the color in the lipstick when being worn. This also has some pigment which makes the product dry. Avon uses dispersing aid it helps the lipstick keep its pigment powder and still feel soft on lips. With these new changes our selfies that we love so much will come out looking amazing flawless make up equals pretty pictures to post on social media and get lots of likes 👍👍
